We are currently looking for outstanding, self-motivated, well groomed, hard-working individuals to join our full time service team in servicing residential and commercial pest control accounts in Connecticut, Westchester County, Rockland County, NY, and now in Rhode Island, that are looking for a long-term career.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Sales experience, though not necessary, is a plus and will increase interview potential 
• Project a professional, clean cut image that is friendly, pleasant, and courteous when dealing with internal and external customers
• Ability to perform effectively with minimal direction or continuous supervision
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and tight deadlines
• Self-starter who effectively organizes own work and completes it in a timely manner
• Acts dependably and gets things done correctly the first time 
• Meet or exceed client expectations and help them maintain a pest free environment 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both on the phone and face to face
• Friendly, clean cut, and able to relate to customers in the most positive ways
• Ability to stay on task and motivated while on their own 
• Contribute positively to a team culture
• Learn and apply knowledge concerning local pest and pest control measures
• Learn and follow state, local, and company policy regarding the application of pesticides
• Drive and help maintain company trucks
• Use and maintain proper inventory of tools, specialized equipment, and materials in company vehicles

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to use basic MS Office software and Email
• Have a cell phone
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends when/if necessary
• Be able to lift 30-50lb on a regular basis
• Be able to maintain a schedule and be on time
• Have clean background and driving records
• Be able to pass a drug test
