Digital Ad Ops Specialist

The Digital Ad Ops Specialist will be responsible for execution of direct-sold digital campaigns, internal and external programmatic fulfillment and support the development of successful digital campaign strategies. The candidate that joins our team will be a creative, analytical problem-solver, effective communicator and provides over-the-top customer service.

Responsibilities

  • DFP
    Manage inventory, architecture, fulfillment and performance of direct sold campaigns across two (2) media sites utilizing DFP
     
  • Programmatic
    Strengthen relationships with incoming ad exchanges to maximize performance, revenue, profitability and inventory management of programmatic advertising to local platforms
    Execute fulfillment of locally-sold campaigns through third-party ad exchanges
     
  • Sponsored Content
    Manage fulfillment of direct-sold and programmatic sponsored/native content programs through local and third-party serving platforms
     
  • Campaign Performance
    Analyze, monitor and proactively adjust when applicable, campaign performance against defined metrics to measure success. Provide performance data to sales teams and customized client-facing performance reporting.
     
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy
    Collaborate with clients, sales and creative teams to develop effective marketing and advertising campaigns. Establish clear goals, objectives and performance metrics to accurately measure success and generate positive results.

 

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years experience in a digital advertising fulfillment role
  • Expertise in DFP and related ad serving technologies
  • Proven success managing and executing programmatic fulfillment through trade desks and ad exchanges
  • In-depth knowledge of pixel, ad/data tags and third-party tracking
  • Current in creative technology and file formats, including video & rich-media, to perform necessary troubleshooting, apply proper flight/playback setting and maximize visibility
  •  Experience in direct fulfillment through social channels and platforms
  • Adhere to IAB standards, guidelines and best practices
