MAINTENANCE LABORER The

MAINTENANCE LABORER The Foxborough Housing Authority is currently seeking a maintenance mechanic laborer. Duties include minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical and masonry work, as well as painting, grounds keeping, custodial functions and snow removal. CPR and first aid knowledge a plus. Candidate must be available for after hours maintenance emergencies on a rotating basis. Candidate should have experience in building and grounds maintenance as well as general repairs, operation of hand and power tools, as well as motorized vehicles and equipment. Candidate must be able to lift and move heavy objects, understand and record written information as well as interact with tenants in a responsive manner. Valid MA drivers license is required, computer literacy is a plus. Hourly rate $24.81 - Reg. work week is 36 hours Please mail resume & cover letter to: Foxborough Housing Authority 90 N.
