IMS is hiring a Quality Coordinator

General Overview:
Perform tasks related to and including Final Quality Inspection and ISO document control.

Shift Hours:
Monday through Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Dress Code:
Shop/Production

Position Duties:

1. Assist in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
2. Creation, control and management of standardized work instructions and procedures.
3. Oversight of supplier/production quality issues.
4. Perform in-process and final inspection on all IMS chip resistors, attenuators, thermal products, and any other items as described by IMS specification. 

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Previous experience and knowledge of quality system implementations, CAPA processes, and auditing techniques and principles preferred.
2. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees from across the organization as well as customers and regulators.
4. Self-directed, self-motivated and able to work in a cross-functional team environment.

• Comply with IMS procedures and policies.
• Complete all duties as assigned.

Salary: 
Annual Salary
$33,000 to  $40,000
