Home Based Therapy Lead Behavioral Specialist

The Children’s Program Home Based Lead responsibilities include, working closely with
the HBTS clinical team to assist in initial treatment plan development for children
receiving home based services. Responsibilities also include training new staff, providing
ongoing staff support as well as working directly with children and their families. The
children on our caseload are located throughout RI so there is also travel reimbursement.
The Lead schedule fluctuates week to week but is generally Monday thru Friday between
the hours of 11:00am-7:00pm. The Lead rate of pay starts at $13.30 during the
orientation period with step increases after each successful yearly evaluation.
Prior experience working with children or adults with disabilities/ behavioral experience is
required. Valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, safe driving record and access to a
dependable vehicle required. Prior to employment, successful candidate must pass BCI
background check and driving record check. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
