Customer Service Rep
We are currently interviewing for an Administrative Customer Service Representative to fill a position within our fast paced Customer Service Department.
Essential duties and responsibilities (but not limited to:)
- Knowledge and understanding of our multiple product lines, policies and systems
- Communicate with appropriate team members, sales team and buyers for order placement, return, repair, inventory
- Process, track and execute high volume purchase orders for large retail customers
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers & sales team via telephone calls and emails.
- Maintain open order report.
- Attending periodic team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Work closely with internal departments
Job Requirements:
- Must have Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and accounting software a plus.
- Ability to multi-task along with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be extremely organized.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral/written and to make quick high level decisions.
- Flexible and excels in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
- At least 1-3 years of high level Customer Service experience in a wholesale environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
