Customer Service Rep

We are currently interviewing for an Administrative Customer Service Representative to fill a position within our fast paced Customer Service Department.
 

Essential duties and responsibilities (but not limited to:)

• Knowledge and understanding of our multiple product lines, policies and systems
• Communicate with appropriate team members, sales team and buyers for order placement, return, repair, inventory
• Process, track and execute high volume purchase orders for large retail customers
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers & sales team via telephone calls and emails.
• Maintain open order report.
• Attending periodic team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Work closely with internal departments

Job Requirements:

• Must have Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and accounting software a plus.
• Ability to multi-task along with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both oral/written and to make quick high level decisions.
• Flexible and excels in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• At least 1-3 years of high level Customer Service experience in a wholesale environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
