Marketing Assistant

An expanding Integrative Medicine Practice in the greater Providence RI area is looking for a motivated, hard-working Marketing Assistant.

 

Primary Responsibilities Include:

* Helping to being new patients in through a variety of avenues

* Booking and handling logistics for trade shows, expos, and health fairs

* Arranging public lectures and corporate presentations

* Arranging appointments for introductory consultants

* Developing internet marketing

* External business promotion

* Working with radio show to promote our practice

* Other internal and external marketing programs

 

Required Skills:

* Ability to present offers, products, and services (basic sales skills)

* Ability to coordinate with members of our Business Development and Marketing Team

* Ability to take initiative on multiple community events/campaigns at a given time

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Familiarity with all social media outlets

* Ability to work solo as well as part of a team

 

Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process. This position can be part time or full time.
