Part Time PASS/HBTS Treatment Coordinator
Children’s Program

We are seeking a person interested in being a part time (20 hour per week) Treatment Coordinator for the PASS/HBTS programs.  Applicant must be family centered helping PASS and HBTS families set up and manage their programs.

Duties include:

• Schedules and completes eligibility assessments and intakes
• Schedules and completes initial training of staff
• Supports families in recruitment as well as supervising and training of staff
• Maintains oversight of time sheets and payroll
• Supports families in identifying goals and objectives for their child
• Ensures documentation is received biweekly
• Works with the Clinical Supervisor to ensure that the needs of the family are met and that plans are submitted to insurance in a timely manner,
• Maintains and documents regular contact with families
• Communicates with all referral sources in a timely manner

Skills and qualifications needed include:

• Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience working with children with special health care needs
• Must be well organized, able to manage project time frames
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have own transportation and willing to travel throughout Rhode Island
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be sensitive to family issues
• Bi-lingual applicants are preferred but not a must
