Outside Sales Territory Manager
Job Description
* Account development focused on identifying the decision makers
* Contact leads to further qualify for training course opportunities
* Identify opportunities to grow share of account by providing added value and wider breath of service coverage within all accounts
* Establish rapport with decision makers, become their trusted advisor
* Identify client training needs and establish solutions to address those needs
* Maintain customer information within provided CRM systems
* Develop and maintain an account profile for all key accounts and demonstrate in depth knowledge of the customer's business needs, management structure, decision makers and strategic training plans.
Key Requirements
* 1+ years of inside sales experience
* Prior experience in qualifying prospects and focusing on developing qualified leads through the sales pipeline to a successful close
* Professional, friendly, engaging and courteous phone manner
* Clear understanding of business to business sales techniques.
* Comfortable with calling upon prospects at all levels in the company.
* Demonstrated ability to penetrate and grow new account relationships.
* Excellent written communication skills
* Determination to achieve and/or exceed sales quota* Outstanding work ethic
