Customer Service Rep.

Advanced Remarketing Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time customer service associate in our Warren, RI Call Center. We are a fast paced working environment that is dedicated to helping charities. This position is responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to information inquiries and entering donor information and data into a web based system.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: 2 years
  • High School diploma/ GED
  • Pre screening background check

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Office Experience is a MUST
  • 2 years of strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Outgoing personality
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complaint calls
  • Basic computer skills
  • Insurance background a plus

Hours available are Monday - Friday 8:30- 4:00 pm and occasional Saturdays 8:30 am-12:00 pm.
