Tellers, Head Teller, Customer Service Rep
As seen in The Westerly SunChelsea Groton Bank, a $970m community bank with 14 branches in southeastern CT, is seeking to hire dynamic individuals for the following positions; Full time and part time Tellers at various branches. Chelsea tellers conduct a variety of transactions for our customers in an efficient, accurate, and courteous manner. Demonstrated superior customer service, organizational, problem solving, communication, technological and cash management skills required. Prior customer service and/or banking experience preferred. Head Teller at our Waterford branch. Supervises and schedules daily activities of teller staff, provides coaching and feedback to guide teller staff towards goal achievement. Oversees and performs retail branch operational activities in conformance with policies and procedures, writes and delivers performance reviews, and assists with orientation, training and development of team members. Customer Care Representative in our Groton office to provide superior customer service through phone and email in a fast paced environment. Assist customers with a number of banking related inquiries and provide product information. A minimum of one year customer service experience along with strong problem resolution, interpersonal, technical savvy, and communication skills. Must be detail oriented and well organized.
