Job Title:   Marketing Coordinator 
 
Primary Responsibility: To work cooperatively with Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing, Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineering in performing a wide variety of tasks to include all marketing activity relating to developing new customers, marketing campaigns and marketing materials, including both digital and print copy.
  
Work elements include: 
1.    Work closely with the Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing to ensure proper execution of strategies and policies. 
2.    Collaborate with Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing to provide inputs concerning pricing related to competition and market pressures
3.    Design, print, and distribute graphic communications including, but not limited to brochures, data sheets, training material, Power Point Presentations, application notes, press releases and company newsletters. 
4.    Design advertisements and select placement to include media/timing.
5.    Perform IMS datasheet updates; populate IMS datasheet templates; convert all old format datasheets to new format. Design and layout specialized and targeted marketing materials.
6.    Populate IMS business card template as needed.
7.    Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Sales and Marketing, suggest target potential new customer segments.
8.    Develop and track annual MARCOM budget and budget expenditures.
9.    Collect, review, distribute, and analyze incoming leads including working with Lead Forensics spreadsheets.
10.    Coordinate all E-Commerce activities.
11.    Perform website functions to include participating in website design, programming, modifications, and site maintenance.  
12.    Coordinate and maintain sampling and sampling collection data files; keep rep sales books up to date.
13.    Coordinate with Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing to set up and assist the company at trade shows and other events as needed. 
14.    Manage the various trade show activities including booth design, location, and maintenance and transportation logistics, booth duty schedules, yearly theme and product promotions for trade shows. 
15.    Distribute field applications notes created by the Sales Applications Engineer and appropriately populate within the IMS Website.
16.    Photograph marketing materials as needed. 
17.    Design and implement direct email marketing strategies and programs. 
18.    Review market analyses to provide information to assist the scheduling of customer calls and recommendations. 
19.    Prepare and present marketing presentations as required.
20.    Design and layout IMS rep newsletter.
21.    Print sample kit labels as needed.
22.    Assist with promotional items.
23.    Interact with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality Control, and Management to verify product data accuracy. 
24.    Perform other tasks & duties as needed.
 Organizational Responsibilities: 
 Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing and coordinate closely with Regional Sales Manager(s) and Applications Engineering as needed.

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements: 
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and market communications related to OEM designed-in products, with preference for experience in DC and RF electronic components.
 
Additional General Requirements:
Proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; MS Outlook/Word/Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven good eye for visual detail.  
Travel required approximately 10-20% of the time. 
  
Education Requirements:
As a Minimum – a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Market Communications or workplace experience equivalent.
