Applicant will be responsible for providing customer support over the phone and also in house IT support. Customer calls we be for support on a PC based medical device. Calls will relate to PC problems such as network problems, printer drivers, etc.... and also trouble shooting of the device overall. In house IT will include setup of email and computers for employees, server maintenance, etc...
Knowledge of Windows XP, 7, server, and office products required. Knowledge of ACT, Quick Books Enterprise and PCMRP will be helpful.
