Dynamic individual needed to manage the Quality Improvement/ Education Department,
Medical Records Department and the Supply Coordinator.
Manager will oversee the functioning of diverse departments involved in agency performance improvement, staff education, third party reimbursement, and compliance with all
State, Federal and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications: Current Massachusetts
RN License; B.S. in nursing or related field preferred; knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance Regulations; Home Health Care
experience required; education and training background preferred; team player with excellent communication, supervisory and organization skills; QI background/experience
required.
