Head Teller

Savings Institute Bank & Trust has an immediate opening for a Head Teller in our Middletown, RI branch.
 

Responsibilities include opening and closing the branch office, teller training, supervision, sales, coaching and motivating. Responsibility for the vault, ensure that all customers are provided professional, courteous and prompt service, refers customers to platform by asking open ended questions, may have responsibility for scheduling of the teller line and create a positive team environment in the branch by modeling appropriate behaviors.   

Successful candidates must have a minimum of a High School diploma or an equivalent four year degree and must have banking and supervisory experience. Dynamic, sales oriented individual needed for this office. Ability to motivate others to achieve sales and profit goals is a must.
