Marketing Coordinator Job Purpose: The Marketing Coordinator will assist in developing marketing campaigns to promote web-based services for estate planning attorneys. The Marketing Coordinator will also manage customer retention programs to reduce attrition to the lowest possible rate.

Ongoing responsibilities will also include measuring campaign performance, tracking sales data and user analytics; building landing pages and promotional E-mails, maintaining collateral materials; coordinating exhibit booths and conferences; maintaining databases; preparing reports.


Marketing Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Implements marketing campaigns; documenting marketing strategies, plans, and objectives and maintaining a marketing implementation calendar.
  • Implements customer retention programs to boost renewal rate and reduce attrition through product awareness campaigns.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data and conversion rates.
  • Coordinates production related to marketing campaigns such as graphic design copywriting,  html/css coding .
  • Supports sales staff by providing lead data and maintaining prospect contact lists.
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and marketing campaigns; maintaining research databases.
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Monitors campaign performance by analyzing lead generation against conversion.
  • Monitors the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent or growing number of viable leads are available for engagement.  
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.


Skills/Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years experience
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Proficient writing and editing skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software systems
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Creating events and custom reports in Google Analytics
  • Proficient in Adobe CS (especially Photoshop)
  • Use Excel or Google Docs to create reports
  • Able to create and/or modify HTML and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of the mechanics of Social Media
  • Some graphic design skills preferred
