CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT LEADER & TRAINER

The Continuous Improvement Leader will be responsible for developing people by providing lean training and engaging our workforce in continuous improvement activities.



Prior experience in a lean manufacturing environment with two to four years’ experience as a trainer is preferred. A lean certificate and / or Six Sigma - Green or Black belt is a plus, as is an engineering background. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a

lean trainer and be able to facilitate kaizen events. This position demands excellent communication and problem solving skills.
