South Kingstown Nursing & Rehab, a 112-bed long term care facility located in West Kingston, RI has an exciting opportunity for a candidate with the following qualifications:
l RN with a RI license
l Proven leadership and managerial experience with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, medical community, residents and their families.
l 5 year minimum experience in a similar position.
l A good working knowledge of RAI (MDS) assessment process
l Knowledge of DOH regulations for nursing homes including the survey process and completing plans of correction
l Proficient computer skills (electronic medical records)
l Must be committed to and engaged in your job with a willingness to be flexible and welcome a challenge.
